Fingerprints offers a variety of unique products, each one has been designed and produced by hand with great care and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of each one. NB: As with all of our pieces each one is carefully made by hand, they do not have the same uniform finish that you will find with mass machine manufactured pieces. It is this what makes them so unique. If in the unlikely event an item fails to meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 10 days from the date of receiving your order, outlining the reasons for your return. We will work to rectify the problem or refund your payment upon receiving the product, in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
