All goods ordered will remain the property of Fingerprints until they are paid for in full.
Goods are only dispatched upon full and final receipt of payment.
Delivery:
Delivery of goods will incur a charge of $7.50 unless otherwise arranged prior to delivery
Product:
Correct spelling and words to be used for engraving are the responsibility of the customer, any mistakes made by the customer and supplied to us, cannot be rectified once the manufacturing process has begun.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check your order confirmation to ensure that all details are correct
Products displayed on the website are not the exact items that will be sent to you, as each item is individually handcrafted to your specifications and will be subject to variation.

Fingerprints will not be held liable for the misuse of the impression kit (moulding clay) supplied when in care of the purchaser. Please read the supplied instructions carefully. The kits are not toys and should under no circumstances be used as such.
Acceptance of goods:
The purchaser is responsible for checking goods on delivery. If in any circumstance, the goods are damaged or faulty you are required to inform Fingerprints within 10 days of delivery.
Use of home based impression kit:
Please note that as long as you carefully follow the instructions dispatched with your Fingerprints impression kit, in most cases the fingerprint impressions will be a high enough quality to ensure an excellent transfer onto the silver. However, as Fingerprints is committed to providing a quality product we reserve the right to seek an additional imprint(s) should we feel that the returned imprint is of too low a quality to transfer successfully. This may lead to a slight delay in your receiving the final product.
Use of inkless print kit:
Fingerprints will not be held liable for the misuse of the inkless kit supplied when in care of the purchaser. Please read the supplied instructions carefully. The kits are not toys and should under no circumstances be used as such. Use under adult supervision only.
The items within the kit are non toxic but if in the rare instance a rash or allergic reaction should occur please contact your doctor. Avoid eye contact. Eye contact may cause mild eye irritation. Immediately flush eyes with large amounts of water if contact does occur.
