Established in 2007, Fingerprints is a wholly New Zealand owned and operated company that specialises in creating unique pieces of jewellery from pure silver that captures you or your loved one’s fingerprint, hand and footprints or artwork on a handcrafted silver pendant.
Our StoryWe gently press the finger directly onto the silver clay leaving an impression that clearly shows all of the fine lines that form each person’s unique fingerprint. The clay is then shaped, dried, sanded and kiln fired. During the firing process, the organic binding agent is burnt away leaving a solid silver pendant.

We take your fingerprint directly into the silver – each piece you press your finger into becomes your actual pendant. We have locations throughout New Zealand, contact us directly on info@fingerprints.co.nz to find the studio closest to you.
Capture your little one’s hand or footprints on a pure silver pendant which can then be attached to a solid sterling silver chain of your choice (different chains are available, please contact us to get the different chain and price options or check out our Silver Chains tab).
We can also capture these prints and turn them into the perfect gift for men! Cufflinks are a truly special gift for a special Dad or a Key Ring that ensures their little one’s prints are with them each and every day!

We offer our beautifully crafted pendants imprinted with a picture, in a variety of shapes and sizes with your child’s name & age engraved on the front or back (space dependant). Each pendant is hung from a solid sterling silver snake chain or belcher chain of your choice.
